Safety training in the usage of an aerial hoop will be provided. Learn how to activate your core and build the strength you’ll need to get up and into the hoop.

The aerial hoop gives you the opportunity to execute dynamic tricks and spins! The hoop provides the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, transitions and routines.
